My Solar Installer Went Out of Business - Who Services It?

Orphaned solar systems are common in North County. If your installer closed, you can still get diagnostics, inverter service, and monitoring restored by an independent repair company - you do not need the original installer.

What to gather before you call

• Inverter brand and model (photo of the label)
• Monitoring app login or gateway serial
• Any permit or proposal PDF from the sale
• When production dropped and any error codes

What we can do

We diagnose systems we did not install, help check whether panel or inverter warranties still apply, and quote repairs in plain English. Manufacturer warranties stay with the equipment; installer workmanship warranties may not.
